Henry Sandat recalled from Wealdstone loan for a permanent move to Sutton United.

One of my mates was a coach there. The wages they pay are massive compared to the rest of the league.

 

That league needs 2 auto spots asap

Might’ve changed recently but when my mate was there over a year ago, some players were on League One wages. And they’ve spent more on one transfer than several other teams in that league spend in a transfer window.

You’re probably right. I’d like to see York back in the EFL, for what it’s worth.

 

Everybody doesn't claim they always rated him, I didn't rate him and still don't. Decent enough captain, but an average player that rarely passed it forwards. A case of the emperor's new clothes, as proved to me at Preston away, he received the ball out wide and booted it into touch leading one of his acolytes to shout 'immense'.
Still, what do I know as a whole host of clubs were ever so keen to buy him during his time with us, oh ...

Assuming this isn't a joke going over my head, it's refreshing to see someone actually admit they didn't rate him. As DJ said, loads slated him at the time but very few own it now.

From memory Ash had loads of critics in league 2 and the number decreased with each promotion.
