If you say so, I think identifying the players is the most important part, Selles can only approve what is put in front of him. Hopefully Dublin helps with that.
And we showed last season we could identify plenty of good players. It was weeding out the bad characters/players without the relevant motivation that was the important step.

So am I right in thinking; Nothing has been announced by the club Nothing has been announced by journalists/ media outlets associated with club Some on here are suggesting we have completed Crooks, Geldhart, Barry. We are also linked to others but no idea, where we are at. If Baz is out of action, how else do we confirm signings until the official announcement (which over the last couple of years has taken ages). Maybe this is a new policy from the new set up?
Baz has tweeted that Crooks has been completed, it's just awaiting the official announcement and his 'up the Tigers' video.
It does baffle me that the content needed for an announcement can be done in 10 minutes. The videos they produce to put online can easily be done in an hour. If the club wanted to actually be the source of the announcement they could easily do that. Not sure why they wait 48 hours plus to officially announce it

I’m not seeing much meltdown on here. Crooks is done, looks like we are between 2 on the CB (both with Championship experience). A deal agreed with a Championship club for a winger. Even Acun potentially snaring Barry from under the noses of 23 other clubs gives us something to raise an eyebrow to.
Precisely I don’t feel the need to know as early as possible, as long as Selles knows so he can plan for it that’s fine by me
