More than anything I think Wilson is going to benefit from this. Feels like he is getting by scoring horribly difficult and incredibly impressive goals. Hopefully with this lad's range of passing he gets a few easier ones.

The set pieces look to be a massive benefit too.

Agree, of course he’ll have some regrets. He played just about every game for us. First name on the team sheet! Then to get very little game time in a poor team.
I don’t blame him for choosing the premier league and more money. Great player for us but always a big gamble going to a newly promoted club. I wish him well.

I doubt he's buzzing about being a bench warmer either.

Joined the wrong team. Newly promoted clubs are packing the midfield but not with people like him.

Looks like a crowd favourite, great ability on the ball but no pushover physically.

Feel for Clarke. Just hasn't worked out at all. Will end up back in the championship or in the reserves at the end of the season by the looks of it.

I don’t think people are bitter with Clarke tbh. …

… the only bitterness, I’ve seen, is from people claiming we gave him away cheaply.

This lad from the clips and price tag definitely has the potential to bring some excitement for the remainder of the season. The other 3 of the top 4 will be taking notice. I don’t think any of them are as savvy as us, they just hoy cash around. Let’s hope he walks the walk.
