Ah well. All the big talk in the media of spurs being eaten alive as usual fails to show. Spurs gave a big effort in a couple semi final at home but look blown out a bit now. We look tired in the first teamers and extremely rusty in the reserves or returning players. Just have to play though it. The team that uses their bench better will come through.
Poor start, but completely dominated the last 25 mins, Spurs hardly touched the ball in that half. Jota been showing some lovely touches and through balls in tight spaces. He's the key here as Salah is having a total off day.
Spurs started better. Last 30 mins we were much more in control but all the passing has been pretty dire on both sides in the final 3rd. Had a couple decent chances and got into couple good positions but nothing clear cut
Has our bubble burst here? Jones is **** - he's brought Gravy and Macca down to his level. Get Elliott on and we'll at least have some energy.
Let's just hope. Spurs will go big for 10 or 15mins. Again what the hell. Refused to play wide to gravenberch who then trotted off behind the cover player amd played ourselves into trouble again Move the ****ing ball, be brave on the ball. Be an option to your team mate. Oh and get the subs ready.
Endo is ****ing awful. Every pass is behind bradley and he is refusing to carry the ball at all. Jones needs to come off ASAP a complete passenger now.
I wonder if this will be slots weakness. Playing the same players come what may regardless of how leggy they are.
