I used to work with an Arsenal fan who went on about how awesome Isak was, and he knew for a fact that they were going to be signing him from us last summer, and he couldn't wait to see him playing for Arsenal this season.
Get the **** in! 2-0 lead back at SJP is amazing! As I said earlier would have taken a slim loss in that but that’s one foot in the final now. Just keep everyone fit for the return leg and then it’s a second shot at a trophy at Wembley in 2 years!
It just feels like this is the year. We will win something this season. And the crew are going down in history. I am going to say it. **** it. You chaps know how negative I am. We are going to win this cup.
Tonali is some player. Goes under the radar a bit when the media are praising Isak. But he he carry’s on the way he is going he is another £100m type player in my eyes. Way better than Rice and them 2 nuggets at Chelsea.
He's a laughing stock now. Blaming the ball FFS. I respect opposition managers who give credit where it's due. I have no respect for those who make up sillier and sillier excuses as to why they didn't win. **** him and his bang average team. London 1 - Newcastle 4. Suck it up buttercup and dry your eyes.. and take Big Angie with you for therapy.
It's utter bollocks. He's made a total fool of himself. And the counter argument would be that even IF the ball really is the issue, then a 'good' coach would have spent more time practicing with the RIGHT ball, so the team were used to playing with both versions. So therefore he's NOT a good coach.
The same ball they used in previous rounds and scored **** loads with....what a ****ing melt! He's so ****ing salty it's unreal, he can't even give us any credit whatsoever. All he could muster up was that we were "more efficient" with our chances. He has to be one the most under-rated managers in the premier league right now and probably has been for years. I absolutely love sticking it to them and it's even more satisfying that he's in charge.....he's an absolute disgrace. please log in to view this image
Or, more simpler. Which ball were we playing with? Why the mainstream media haven’t picked him up on this, goodness knows. Probably because they are frightened to do so.
In fairness BBC reported it: 'It's tricky, they fly a lot' - Arteta on EFL Cup balls https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/articles/cdek10j3rjeo
