Just been reading on ci that if we get over 20k on wed it will mean that 140k will have gone through the turnstiles in the last 6 home games.Even tho money is tight and fans have lost jobs we still find the cash to get to games. What have you done to get to a game i remember telling my mam and dad that i was off to abc miners in the old bus staition then jumped on simon greys coach to huddersfield i was about 13 at the time and my first away game with my mates.

Twagged school with mates to go down to Norwich. Lost 2-1. Typical City.

    I'm a bit of a rebel me <laugh>

That implies that in the last 5 home games we've had 120k, an average of 24k. Don't think that fact is accurate...

I think 120k is more likely.

i also Twagged Off school to attend the Liverpool League Cup match during the miners strike / power cuts of 1973.

Game ended 0 - 0 and was pretty dire overall. Got detention the next day but who cared.? Was well worth it.

well at one end of the Pitch during wednesdays brum game City fans will APLAUD BO MYHILL on his return and at the other end City fans will be singing a nice song to Marlon King. Now how does it go again ?........Lol.

Oh yes,. Curtis Davis is suspended for the game. Got sent off @ Cardiff yesterday for the blues. Wonder if Jasper Carrott will turn up for the game ? lol.

It's the mistaken identity claim for his appeal that made me laugh, especially after the "Don't you know who I am" comment he made on the night.

Research has shown that in World Cup years boys' average GCSE grades drop by half a grade each subject. That's my useless fact of the day over with <laugh>

Makes me laugh when they try and convince you that it's massively important for you're future. I mean if Beckham or Owen had scored a wonder goal in that game you'd always regret not watching it live, but as for one day's work experience? Well I bet that held your career back! <laugh>

1990 was my a level year and I did poorly. Would never swap good grades for seeing gazza in his prime, and linekers goal against the krauts, or platts against Belgium. Pure football heaven. Couldn't care less about England now though.

in the 04/05 season I cashed in a shedload of frequent flyer miles from work trips to get across the pond for a couple of end of season games. I had carefully tried to work out which two games were the most likely to be the ones where we got promoted. I was one week too late and saw us get beaten twice.
