Think the weather will have a big impact on the attendance. Just walked from the top of Roker Avenue to the Sheepfolds and seemed like a ghost town. Hardly anyone around the stadium and very quiet in the Sheepfolds compared to normal
Edinburgh train delayed for ice on the tracks but have just made the 1.30 to Sunderland … … should be in place for 2pm
Suddenly got quite busy in the Sheepfolds. Roads were really quiet as well driving from Washington. That’s what made me think attendance would be low. Hopefully wrong and we cheer the lads to another home win!
cul de sac where I live is 6”s of snow, we get no help whatsoever from the council so it’s here till it thaws.
Different test today for the front 2. A lot more back to goal work instead of having room to run into.
I've parked up I've parked up in my usual place, just by the church in Southwick. Seems like there's the same amount of cars that are normally parked on both sides of the road.
Great thread as usual @RTB, and an enjoyable read through. I've dipped in an out today, couldn't wait till 2ish... I'm going for a 3 - 1 win to the lads, with Maynder and Isidor to both scored again, and Jobe with the other. Ha'Way me Bonny Lads. Just to add...got about 6 inches of snow in Consett, and it hasn't stopped since I got up at 6.30. Still belting it down now.
Hawayyyyyy lads, back in Holland now so gutted I'm missing it but will be watching before I'm off to work for nightshift. 2-0 adil and isador.
I left from Stanley at 13.05 It took me about the usual 35 mins to get here. No trouble at all. No idea what the road from Conseet/Stanley is like tho.
