How can I buy tickets?

they are on general sale
I very much doubt they would let non-members select their seats and then not let them pay for their tickets because they are non-members
In a later post I explain that they are happy for me to buy a ticket for me but not buy a ticket for my friend

It says I dont have any friends and family
Although I used him for QPR away in September

 

Best bet I'd say is to contact the ticket office in the morning

Have you tried registering a new friend or family Peter? I was on mine and my lad (who's been on it for years) had mysteriously disappeared.I just registered him again and his new number came up in the relevant box to buy tickets.

When I try to register a new Friend or Family it wants the name of a member or a membership number. He's a non-member and only has a Customer Number which the site doesnt accept.

 

Because of free travel I imagine. Just hope we don't get the same pricks using it as last time.

 

I live less than two hours away and I have a travel pass and I'm struggling to get up in time to get there for ko!

 

Just tried it for the Millwall game and it allows me to buy 2 tickets? One assigned to me and one to my son(who I had to re-register)?

As soon as I clicked on 'assign',for the 2nd ticket, my son's name and number came up as an option,which I then clicked on.We don't have memberships(as in 'season tickets'),we are just registered to buy match day tickets.

 

My friend was registered and could buy a ticket for QPR but it doesnt let me do it for Millwall and it doesnt let me add him as a friend. I tried using his name and Customer Number.

 

Are you sure you're still registered Peter? We had to re-register when they brought this ticket master nonsense in.

 

I'm still registered because it let me order a ticket for me and I could log on with my customer number
It would seem that they have unregistered my friend and not let me register him again

 

I expect the ticket office will resolve the problem tomorrow but if they dont I'll try ordering a ticket for me and then go in again and order another ticket for me. That might work!
It would be a bummer if they have clever systems that dont let one person order two tickets at separate times but cant even let some people do normal things!
