Lol. Reminds me of once I was trying to get my daughter to sleep (when she was a baby) and was reciting nursery rhymes and suchlike to achieve the end. Anyway, not concentrating, I threw the Miss Muffet ditty into the mix, only I went for the rude version rather than the child friendly version you're probably expected to recite to a three month old baby. Totally by accident I hasten to add. The Missus went mad with me! Explaining the fact that our daughter wasn't at an age where she understood English cut no ice. The things you remember, eh?
Yeah I didnt want to get into Coyle on the second goal as I thought its negative and some peoples heads will fall off on here. We’ll maybe do it tomorrow
rightfully so half the time, it’s allowed to critique players on a ****ing message board which is what it’s there for. Pay my money and support the boys when I’m at the game, calling Macca ****e on here isn’t an issue is it you absolute sausage.
The fact that Slater has been in a position on three occasions has to be mentioned... on the full backs.. I actually thought Jacob did really well against a very quick opponent and nearly scored a screamer...
Good game of football that and we definitely deserved the point. Every one of this players looked up for the fight and with attitudes like that we should be ok Can’t believe how many of our fans left at 68 minutes. They are the ones poorer for their experience this evening as that was some finish to the game.
A great point in the end. If Slater scores and makes it 2-0 I feel we go on and win that, so it was excellent to see the team fight back from the losing position. Despite a good result, we could still be bottom of the table if Cardiff and Plymouth win their games in hand. In terms of points, we need to win almost every other game until the end of the season to get to 50 points and be safe. After recent results, Millwall and QPR are massive, and hopefully the positivity from today can give the team a boost of confidence to go on and get the wins we need.
No TBH…. It’s the same bland questions / interviews all professional sports teams churn out. Standard outputs really
Had some people in front of me that don't normally attend/sit there that left after the third to go watch the Arsenal game.
It just comes across as very amateur. Same as our commentator did this season (least Burnsy is back) and same as our pitch side announcer. It amazes me that our video making/marketing/music/kids offering has improved so much but other areas remain like that.
Wow, well what a brilliant game & afternoon, that result feels more like a win than draw, to come back from 3-1 down against the league leaders, that result feels massive. Positives for me; what a response by Kamara, brilliant for him, every man played their part, fantastic work ethic, particularly Slater and Pedro, to put in a 90 odd min shift, only days after a similar effort, outstanding. So pleased for Pedro with a well earned/deserved goal. All ifs & buts, what if Slater had out his chance away, Pandur’s error, gifting a goal, same old really, gifting chances, giving possession up cheaply, a difference of quality. Pandur did, however, keep us in the game first half with some great stops. I feared the worst ahead of game thinking damage limitation, but there’s no denying the lack of effort, work ethic, togetherness of this group. If we can consistently deliver this level of performance/commitment, with some quality additions in this window, surely we’ll be ok. My dry January will just have to be delayed by another day, be rude not to. UTT.
