Commentator: "You've seen them given - there's definitely contact isn't there!" I think it would have been a harsh penalty, Bamba was just a bit clumsy in the challenge - first collision was shoulder to shoulder at speed but he did get his feet a bit tangled with Matt and clipped his heel. Not surprising that Fryatt went over (Bamba is quite a unit) and he certainly didn't make much of the incident - no real appeal, rolled over onto his back and got up. I like Nugent but he's hardly been prolific since the period running up to his England cap. Fryatt will certainly do for me - he's got excellent strikers instinct and is always capable of scoring even in quiet spells.
Your right it separates the class from the chavs, that's why Pearson celebrated your goal with both arms in the air . Personally I don't have a problem with that(after all he didn't want to be here) and it's just the same for fryatt he wanted to come to us and not stay with you, personally I think the whole team should have done a lap of honor at the end.
Players that have respect for their former teams do that. McLean didn't celebrate against Peterborough because he quite enjoyed his time there. Fryatt must not care about Leicester much, now why might that be? Fryatt, like most of our team, would never dive to win a penalty. It's not his fault 'the best centre halves in the division' couldn't keep up with him and had to keep bringing him and McLean down. I know you're all very sore about this result but that doesn't mean you can start throwing false accusations of cheating at the single most honest, fair and footballing the team in the division.
You come on here trying to wind people up, I tell you some facts that highlight how much **** you're making up about my team because you can't possibly comprehend we might just be better than you, and you start crying saying I'm a twat posting ****! Then tell me to **** off my own team's messageboard that you came on to cause trouble. This is easily the biggest WUM-fail ever.
Fryatt didnt do anything yesterday Sol Bamba had a rare bad game and still had Fryatt and McLean in his back pocket The only striker Hull have who could add something to us is Waghorn and he will be back soon
If Bamba had Fryatt and McLean in his pocket, I'd love to see a game where they get away from him. Have you not seen the comments on this exact thread about the penalty the ref mercifully spared you when Bamba had to take him down? Waggy who you didn't need when we got him on loan?
Fryatt dived. I had a great view of it and Bamba never touched him. Even the replays show Fryatt dived Waggy is our player and when he comes back NP will get him firing again and show everyone why we paid 3M for him
After the appauling way your club treated him I was amazed he didn't run to your end and bare his arse! TaDa!
We never treated him bad. He was a massive reason we got relegated and he made up by banging in goals and getting us back up. Sven realised he could get better players and did. Yakubu, Kamara, Nugent and Beckford are all better then fryatt
OK you can stop making **** up now. We've covered this, Fryatt never ever goes down without being taken down and he also never appeals for a penalty. He like most of the Hull City squad play the game the right way and focus on their own team, it's something your lot could do to learn (though I'm sure will drill it into them). I have seen some horrible teams in the Championship in the past year (dirty, cheating, diving whatever), and whilst Leicester were one of the better examples I've seen this season, you can't say a bad word about any of our players in that respect. They are all totally honest hard-working players who care about nothing but their own team's performance. They never, ever dive and certainly aren't dirty. I'm as proud of this as I am about the great football they play, but I think the two go hand-in-hand. NP will sign these sort of players for you and I'm sure you'll soon have a similar team.
We must have been watching different games. Fryatt had a good game yesterday and in the first half especially Mclean and Fryatt caused your defence some problems, the run of play before the penalty for instance. Things got quieter in the 2nd half when Pearson went to try and hit us on the break but Stewart was still putting crosses in and there was the Dawson and Rosenior chances before Koren's goal.
Seriously what's your problem. What '****' am I posting? I'm just responding to your attempted windups and you sound like you're trying to make out like I'm cyber-bullying you or something!
I'll tell you what had made me chuckle about yesterday. Pearson manages us for over a season so should know the players inside out. Two minutes to go and the one instruction coming from Pearson should have been, " For ****s sake don't give Koren any room on the edge of the box". It was either just plain **** management because he didn't get the message across or the Leicester players are too **** to follow simple instructions. Either way it was piss poor from Leicester to let our one midfielder capable of hitting a goal like that all that time and space on the edge of the box. Really piss poor. You'll need more than ten million to go up, a better manager might help.
