How can I buy tickets?

I have logged in and selected my seats and age group but there seems nothing I can do next to pay for the tickets.
Can anybody help please?

 

How old is your account? They’ve put restrictions in place for the Leeds game

 

Quite a few years
This is for the Millwall match

 

It could be we’ve sold out the section and they need to add more tickets

 

If that was the case they wouldnt have let me choose my tickets.
The problem arises AFTER I choose my tickets and age range. The seats are ticked.
There's just no indication what to do next, which I would expect would be to pay for the tickets.

 

I’ve tried and it’s letting me so it’s either your account isn’t active, doesn’t have enough points or something else.

No. I think I registered a new account last season.
But I couldnt remember my customer number but I got it by email.
I can get into my account.
There was no option to do anything after I'd chosen the tickets and ages.

 

That's the solution!
I was expecting the basket would open up if you'd chosen your tickets

 

Now the problem is that I cant assign the person I am going with.
I set him up on Friends and Family at the start of last year or earlier if it was required before.
It says I dont have any Friends and Family!
I went with him to the match at QPR without a problem.

 

That one is a ring up the ticket office issue. It’s one a few have faced before

 

I was going to ring them earlier but they close at 4 pm.
I'll have to phone on Monday.
I wonder if I can select the other ticket separately and they would allocate that to me?

 

It was fine earlier when I went to see what was available, wasnt loads left though. I didn't buy as I've managed to get the errea hospitality. 8 places and likely going on my own so if you're free Vern hit me up bro.

You can add them to friends and family on the website. Go to your account on the ticketing website and the option is there. Even if you've added them before and they've gone for some reason you should be able to re-add them online without waiting til Monday. When you go back to the basket (or re-create it if it's gone) you can then assign the tickets to the new friend. I did pretty much this same process today.

I tried doing that but it seems to expect them to be a member yet he isnt a member but he still got a ticket for QPR away.this season.
I'm not a member either.
We both have "Customer numbers"..
I am only able to add Members to my Friends and Family.

 

Are Millwall tickets on general sale yet? That likely is the issue

 

Not really related to first post, but I have a chance to visit UK after 5 years, on 26th to 30th of April, so planning to attend Derby game if possible. I have no account as you might guess, how can I get 2 tickets, my brother in law is a hardcore Acun fan, I am exact opposite, if you see two fans arguing about him, that will be us.
