When’s in time though? I thought this was all but official ages ago, pre-contract agreement signed in the summer alongside personal terms and he’s already been in the country for a few weeks. I had assumed we were just waiting for the 1st to make it official with the PL. Not sure why it’s taken until the 3rd, but is that just the announcement? Or have we genuinely been faffing around like the incompetent club that we are.
That's what I'm saying though. It should surely have been done on the 1st. He'd already signed a pre-contract agreement in the summer to join us in January, along with agreeing personal terms. He had already been in the country a few weeks. There was seemingly no reason to faff around. So if we somehow have, then it once again doesn't paint the people running us in a good light. Hopefully we did do it all on the 1st but for some reason didn't announce it until today for whatever reason.
Has a hamstring injury apparently. Doubt we'll see him this season.
Edit; lacking fitness, had a hamstring injury previously.

Knowing Saints we'll see him next season then.
When he'll show a bit of promise on his debut, before revealing the many weaknesses which explain why he signed for us instead of someone good.
Or, we will see him in a few weeks, he’ll play a blinder, get injured for the rest of the season. He’ll refuse to play in the Championship and we’ll sell him in the summer on the cheap as he “is a bad influence”
