Based on my opinion of Ba?

He’d played 70+ games here and still couldn’t nail down a place. I appreciate he’s only young and showed potential but we’ve needed better - RLB clearly agrees <cheers>

You could, a few games back, say the same about AA , , its not quite so clear now , its football one game or performance is never like another,.
RLB is nothing if not considered , some might say too slow to change , but he has changed things around in the last game or two , so who knows.

Ba was always more out of the picture than Aouchiche, who has featured in many matchday squads this season. I hope Abdoullah gets himself a move and plays consistently, there’s talent there

I’m surprised he hasn’t featured in the bench more. RLB clearly doesn’t rate him however there is talent there and he is a more natural wide player than others who have played there. I hope he gets a good move and has a good career.

His end product and his decision making is pretty poor most times. I thought he'd get a loan, I guess he still might in Jan.

Hes way behind a number of players for a start here though.

Aye this'll be it. Not a stinker of an attitude by any means but Regis has very high standards in that regard, any hint of a sulk or lack of effort and it's a non merci.

I think we outgrew him quite quickly. We just have better players now and he’s been left behind

Personally I would be tempted to keep him and loan him out for more experience, he is quite clearly an athlete and a decent footballer but perhaps doesn't have a great football brain, however that is something the club can help develop as the player matures.

The fact he doesnt even make the bench tells all we need to know I think. Times up.

I was quite taken with him early doors. Seemed a threat on the ball, could run all day and I have seen many worse one v one. But for some reason coaches never seemed to give him one position. Maybe those ahead were better. Certainly Mowbray had Roberts playing really well and if that was Ba's slot it was tough.

I suspect it will be a free tfr out, or contract cancellation. We cant be demanding a fee surely. Hope the lad goes back to France and rebuilds. He certainly deserves another chance.

Often championed the lad on here, really disappointed it hasn't worked out for him whatever the reason he's somehow fallen short of our expectations.
If he goes I wish him the best of luck.

If we can get a fee ok, but as a club wanting to sign I would want a free tfr. It looks clear he isnt wanted so getting his wages off the books will be our benefit.

Hopefully gets himself a decent move in the next week or so, preferably permanent. Best for all parties

Some of these lads just don’t have the attitude and grit for English football

I really wanted it to work for him, he has talent although inconsistent

Surprised he’s still here. Hopefully on the move this week, that’ll suit all parties
