Wembley was a brilliant day but this is a mad take. He did literally nothing to warrant any more time at the club. I know it’s harsh but the fact we kind of limped over the finish line at the end of the championship season was piss poor. But then again I was one of a few that was never convinced of him to begin with. Always thought the unbeaten period made us look way better than we were and there were more than enough warning signs for us getting battered in the PL while we were in the champ too.
Yeah I guess I agree to a point. I think he just needed maybe 6 more games for it to click. But Wembley I also like Jellyfish too, so maybe it’s just me.
Yeah this really needs to be a game we're looking to win. Would be up there with the worst results of the season if we lose.
