I'm still of the opinion Giles is Boro bound... won't play against them On Wednesday I expect and was not risked at Blackburn..?

Thereason I say this is that we seem to know about injuries pretty quickly and this one has been strangely quiet...

I thought he was pulled at HT vs PNE with a knock and that's why he wasn't in the squad....can't recall if I read that on here on in HDM/Baz tweet or summut

The three clubs mentioned are Basaksehir, Eyüpspor and Göztepe.

When boros left back was substituted last night, Sky commentary said last night Boro were after Giles in January .
Don’t know if it was insight or lazy punditry!

What sort of money could we get for Giles? 2 mill? Big old loss that.

Opens up a slot, saves wages suggested to be 35k a week, so sometimes its worth taking the hit.

Wasn't there some talk at one point that we paid £2.5 million for him(as opposed to the £4-£4.5 being touted)?

As Blackandamberblood points out,if he goes,he lessens the wage bill considerably?

We’d need to replace though. I don’t think Jacob is a Championship level player and we wouldn’t want to have to rely on Drameh/Coyle.

Once again when Coyle came on he was ok defensively but his body shape is all wrong when receiving the ball in an attacking sense due to being right footed. He automatically takes it on his right and just faces his own goal.

Well, it did take him a little while to become so well liked. However can he pick up where he left off? If he can I wouldn't complain, if he can't then I would because he'd no doubt be costing us a packet based on his reputation.

If we’re losing Rishworth & Bedia and then buying Puerta it might be worth getting a left back on loan until the summer, if there is a decent option.

Be happy to see him go, hasn’t shown nearly enough promise and I’d imagine is on pretty hefty wages

Given Rushworth is off, and possibly Bedia that means we have 4 loan spots in a match day squad we can fill (assuming Puerta’s buy option isn’t triggered yet)

Who would be everybodies suggestions, some great talent out there sitting in the youth ranks or rotting on the reserves in the Prem.
