Liking the sound of this guy but I hope the press is controlled and and united rather than individuals not being supported by teammates, allowing the press to be bypassed. I know Pochettino got the message across very quickly, so maybe this guy can too.
Tbf, that’s really the only way a proper press functions but I know what you mean. I’m sure Juric is going to sort our stupidness out. Whether we’ve got sufficient nous remains to be seen.
I think Adarma is going to be a big player for us, the tone will be set from the front. Armstrong, Archer and Dibling will be really good at this.
From what I am seeing in the Echo, Jurić gets the WB to provide the width, so that would mean Dibling playing in a more central position and could spell the end of Fraser and BBD as anything more than bench warmers, unless he thinks they can offer something more centrally.
I'm actually interested to see if he can get a tune out of Sulemana, Fraser or BBD. New manager, new ideas etc. Sulemana, so much potential, but not worked for some reason. I am pretty sure there is a player in there and a good one BBD, been absolute dogshit for us, the diarrhoea type as well, not the nicely formed type. But, maybe, just maybe, there is something there. Fraser, he may be past it, but i love his dedication etc and i can't help but feel that Martin's system changed him.
