Not many happy returns for Pearson <laugh> <laugh> <laugh>

Nigel Pearson, back as boss of Leicester City after quitting last year, returned to face his most recent club, Hull, just 18 days after leaving Humberside. But a 2-1 loss will not have helped his mood, especially as it helped his former team avoid a third straight defeat. Goals from Matt Fryatt and Robert Koren were enough for Hull and Pearson received a very hostile reception. The win will have pleased the home players greatly after Corry Evans said in the week: 'It would be good to put one over on him and show that he maybe should have stayed with Hull City instead of going back to Leicester.'

Who knows, maybe Evans will be proved right - at the moment his side are a point above the Foxes, with a game in hand.

The irony of you calling anyone ******! You know I mean if you get promoted any time soon (big IF based on yesterday) you will struggle to eclipse our two seasons, the Premier League has changed since you were last in it and is totally dominated by money, the money you're chucking around now is chicken feed and will get you nowhere, remember you couldn't afford Yakubu!

Nigel left for the money, we know it and so do you, if someone wafts a bigger wad under his nose in 12 months he'll be gone, think about that!

    Yes, as I said marginally!

No comment on the record attendances? how surprising! and don't say it was in the past, so is anything your tinpot club has achieved (I say tinpot because if we are then you must also be)

How big is much bigger? You've already made tool of yourself foolishly stating City are a tinpot side that shouldn't be in the 2nd division, let alone the top flight. Funny how the history of HCAFC states we've been at this level more years than in any other division.

You've obviously misinterpreted what Cartman was saying. He was saying if you go you'd do no better than us, even with your new owners. Most clubs that go up can look for a brief spell int he top flight and then maybe yo yoing back and forth if lucky. There are some exceptions to the rule of course.

Also it's quite funny how a tinpot side has a better record attendance than the "prestigious" Leicester City.

Firstly, that's a good thing, the last time we were in it we were relegated, obviously <doh>

Secondly, if you're we wouldn't stand an extremely good chance of staying up 2 seasons running then you're just saying that to make yourself feel better.

As for Yakubu, we could afford him for longer than you could. <laugh>

OK, if you want to talk about attendances, why are you basing it on one? You couldn't get half your record attendance for any match now.

Do you want me to go on average attendances for the last 2 seasons, 5 seasons, 25 seasons? Thought not.

Don't even try a 'who's the bigger club' debate, you will lose. <ok>

Hull fans opinions on me aren't really relevant, there's not many things you can do that are more foolish than claiming you are a similar or bigger sized club than us <laugh>

Have I? I fail to see an argument against it. You certainly are punching above your weight at the moment. I'll be kind and suggest a cub your size would be happy surviving relegation in the Championship, if it wasn't for the billy big bollocks affect the last few years have had on you. <ok>

Record attendances are quite misleading, for one back then they were quite inaccurate and we had a ground that couldn't fit more than 47K in.

Plus you can bet your arse that you drew fans in from all over Yorkshire.

If you want to talk attendances, then why not talk about your attendances now, or throughout the last 30 odd years, instead of a one off match?

Next you'll be braging about taking 40,000 to Wembley <laugh>

What when Sheff Weds, Sheff Utd, Leeds were all bigger at the time? Doubt alot of fans from them areas would come to see City.

Our attendances in the past have been mixed- good and really ****e.

At the minute, they're good considering the prices of the tickets Also we'd get better attendances if the away teams brought more fans. Generally every saturday the other 3 sides are reasonably full and the North stand has a taxi load of away fans.

You are the only football club in your county ffs!
