    The Lord Lieutenant attended Noel Hebb’s 100th Birthday party today to give him his letter from the Queen. (EDIT - Oops the King…soz)

    He’s been a City fan since he first went 95 years ago! <applause><applause><applause>

    Unbelievable support and dedication from a boy 5 years old to support his local club all through his life and today sat up there at such a brilliant age. Absolutely incredible, well done to such a fantastic dedicated Hull city fan.
