Beebu are offering 1000 thingies speed,( and guarantee a minimum of 450) for,£28. I’ve just looked at trust pilot reviews of 4.6. Rubbish ones appear to be similar to ours re installation. To be fair to them, once they realised they (or someone) had ****ed up, they’ve quickly sorted me a new install date. I think I’ll have another chat with them (see if I can get anything off for the inconvenience) but am tempted to give them the benefit of the doubt.

I signed up for 1000 thingies at £29.99 a month or whatever it was but my electirican working on my house told me that was way in excess of what any house would need and I have to agree, we had 300 thingies in Hedon before we moved and the speed on anything we ever did was perfect, even with kids doing god knows what on devices etc. With that in mind I just did 500 with Hull Fibre.

At least it seems you're getting sorted mate, hopefully they come when they say they will next time.

I was about to bin KCOM as our Full Fibre 175 @ £31.99 per month deal was ending, and it was going up to the new price of £52.99.

After a painful 25-minute telephone call they've now put us on Full Fibre 500 @ £24.99 per month - so 3 times our current speed for £7 per month less.

Shows what they can do when you threaten to leave.

Nice one. But it's absolutely disgraceful that they do that. Not that it's just them, it isn't, most do, and it's so wrong.

KCOM came and installed my full fibre a couple of months ago, no problem with the fibre, but while installing it they somehow managed to turn off my phone number of thirty years.

They’ve apologised and said they’ll ’reinstate it as soon as possible’, it’s been three weeks so far.

    Useless twats.

Normally you’re out of contract on the full price and have the freedom to go elsewhere at the drop of a hat, entering into a new contract will get you a better price but you’re locked in with that supplier then for the length of the contract. All utilities do it, tv, broadband, phone, gas, electricity, water…

I was already with them, they were supposed to just be upgrading the broadband to full fibre.
