It may be wearing a kilt, but it doesn't necessarily make it a bird, modern times. The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
I truly appreciate the thought pal, when I’m tossing….. wait for it……tossing and turning on the outlaws camp bed and cursing the concrete sand bags they call pillows I’ll spare me old mate Chazz a thought. Happy in the knowledge he’ll be tupping for England in the upcoming days. Do St George and Harry proud….. once more unto the breach dear friend, once more…..
Whoa! Hang on… Do some people not take their own pillows when they have to kip at relatives houses? Seems a bit amateurish
I do take my own pillow Den, I was being overly dramatic. My son always forgets to take one and moans like **** for the full duration of the stay. Amateurish indeed.
A warning to all you that live near Driffield be careful about drink driving as we are getting close to Christmas and Police are out there checking on people. Last night I was out for a few drinks. One thing lead to another and I had a few too many beers and then went onto the vino. Not a good idea. Knowing I was over the limit, I decided to leave my car at the pub and took a bus home. Sure enough, I passed a police checkpoint, where they were pulling over drivers and performing breathalyser tests. Because I was in a bus they just waved it past. I arrived home safely and without incident, which was a real surprise as I've never driven a bus before and I am not even sure where I got it from.....
