Not quite as good as Ted Lasso but still worth a watch. Its written by the same people as Ted Lasso I believe.

Slow horses I've just watched is series 4. I think the dip was Gary Oldman not having as many bits that made me laugh, although there was still enough for it to be class.

Watched the last Inside No. 9 episode tonight, without giving anything away I liked how they handled it and was a fitting end to a cracking show.

Thought it was class but sure I've said before very few had enough in it to be classed as dark comedy for me they were just really well written anthology drama series.

I know there is a bit of wordplay etc... in most episodes but still I don't think it was enough in most episodes that of I turned it in and had no idea who Reece Shearmsith and Steve Pemberton were I wouldn't think it was a comedy. But maybe I was just too taken in by the story in most episodes to even notice!

Some excellent episodes and I think it says a lot about the profile of the show the guest stars they got on!

    So many memorable episodes!

I'd say every episode was funny in its own way, some bleaker than others and lots where you're not laughing by the end, but there was always humour in them for me.

Been trying to look back and remember my favourite episodes, I remember one where they break in to a modern mansion being funny and another where they're apparently making a ****ty Christmas film in a chalet which took a very dark turn at the end being a couple that stuck with me.

Think that mansion one is the one that was compelete comedy, also the witch burning one, the one with the bill in the restaurant and one where he was a comedy duo going back meeting up with his old pal and hating doing their gags with him all were particularly funny ones.

One of the darkest ones was the bloke who hos wife thought he loved pot noodles in his basement man cave!

Yeah I remember the one where he met up with his old double act mate tickling me especially, if it's the one I'm thinking of the twist at the end was an effective sucker punch too.

The new prequel series of Dexter is actually really good, tough task trying to replicate the early series' while recasting all the main characters but they somehow nailed it. Just as darkly funny and entertaining as it was back in the day.

I assumed it would be little more than a cash grab but it seems not.

Same, well he's back now, pretty much. It's refreshing to see a prequel/remake/adaptation (prequel in this case) that doesn't try to reinvent the wheel or make it political in some way but has a good honest stab at giving the fans of the original what they actually want.

It's even got the same intro more or less. Fun watch.

Dunno if it's been mentioned but if anyone likes spy thrillers I would recommend Black Doves on Netflix. Starts Ben Whishaw and Keira Knightley.

Reacher is also good to watch on Prime, a new series starts in February
