It sounds very odd as well as tragic. Woman in her 40s. So not the mother, who is in her 30s, too young to realistically be the daughter-in-law’s mother. Yet the boy was found at home. Overnight babysitter? I guess it will come out if it gets to trial.
It's their nanny and she's being investigated for neglecting her duties rather than anything more sinister.

Am I right in thinking Premier League teams can’t have sponsors on the back of shirts or shorts like EFL teams can? Seen Southampton had a sponsor on the back of their shirt tonight in the cup that they don’t have in the Premier League.
On a related note, I hate shirt sponsors. They’re a necessary evil in football due to FFP and PSR but if front-of-shirt sponsors weren’t bad enough, to have sponsors on sleeves, back of shirts and shorts is just garish.
Clearly, Hull City supporter trust are overrun with members. I have been trying to get them to check whether I am still a member or not, so I can rejoin if not, but after 3 promises to get back to me, still nothing. I give up.
