Enes Unal scored in last minute for Bournemouth, I wish we could use Turkish connection for him. Lad was about to sign for Real Madrid instead of Joselu loan if he didn't tear ACL.

 

After 21 games last season Sheffield Wednesday were on 13 points. They finished the season on 53.

So the way I look at it we are four point ahead of where they were after the same number of games.

Wednesday surviving relegation last season is the only sliver of hope I have for this season. We need to start winning games and going on a good run. A win on Saturday would be a start but it would mean little if we win one then lose five then win one again. Realistically, we need to go on several runs of winning four or five on the bounce.

I just checked and he’s barely played for Wimbledon in League Two.

Looks like Jim was right.

 

Wonder if we'd try for Barry, currently at Stockport on loan from villa but likely moving to the champ in January. Surely villa owe us one.

 

Whatever happens, I feel more optimistic with Ruben at the helm, it's gonna be a write off this season, but hopefully avoid relegation and push on from there next Summer
