Manning was using his initiative and was carrying the ball forward, as we know in Russball that is strictly forbidden.
That's definitely been an issue for much of the season. Your Kingsland aren't you? I'm opposite end of Northam so perhaps it was only in the 'old' Northam pocket.
That definitely happened. I’m surprised you didn’t hear as it was very loud, RM gestured (could have been a finger) & then he got booed. Brilliant humour imo.
Forgot about my bet. The only leg which didn't find in was the two fouls by Downes. He didn't commit any If any statistic can sum up just how much the players were going through the motions it's your DM not committing a single foul in a game when you lose 5-0 at home.
Downes got absolutely done in the first 20 seconds by Spence, which led to their goal. He's been pretty poor this season imo, but it must be horrible being the only DM in a side that gets dominated every week.
My concern is that SR recruitment for managers has been poor so I will dread who the next one will be
I'm still really annoyed about the booking Fernandes got tbh. Was one of the funniest things I've seen though
I mentioned last night about how disorganised we look. At one point in the first half, we had the ball on the left flank and Joe Aribo was hugging the right touch line with KWP. Our shape at that time resembled a duck egg across the pitch. We had absolutely no players in the middle, level with the ball as they were all either spread out at the back or spread out ahead of the ball, in a disorganised front line. Hopefully the new manager will tell the FBs that they provide the width and the midfield players play in midfield, offering passing options to the player on the ball.
I’ve not seen us look that badly organised before, it was a total mess first half Couldn’t see the detail at the back as it’s the far end from us
Oh my god. Fawning about Russell I mean we only had a top 2 squad which even he nearly messed up playing this stupid way. I hope he never gets a better job than Tranmere Rovers in the future. ****ing vanity project cock sucker.
True Maybe they’re getting better at it Next one will be the new Pep No, wait a minute, he’s crap now isn’t he
I'm all good, appreciate the concern. Best news in about 18 months was that And with Rafa, what exactly do you think is good about that appointment? Are you stuck in 2016 or something?
Does anyone think it was a tad unprofessional to allow Ramsdale on TNT last night? Given the negativity around the club and what felt likely to happen seems more than a bit daft and also unfair on him.
I had heard from someone I would trust to know, that the whole thing was a bit arse about face and initiated/led by TNT and Ramsdale's camp. Very much not an idea that came out of the club. Ordinarily, the broadcaster would speak to the club in the very first instance. Now, I suppose there's then a legitimate question of why they didn't shut it down and refuse to sign off on it, but perhaps they didn't want to upset Ramsdale and figured that it was better to get him 'on message' than to pick a fight over it I do agree though, it was odd. He handled it well, considering
Definitely. It almost made it seem like he was separated from the team in a way - as if he won't be here next year so is okay to go on and talk as a pundit. Perhaps that is me reading too much into it. Definitely a strange decision though.
