Pandur - like Mel and Kim he keeps things respectable.

Burstow - like a footballing kinder egg, there’s something worth having in there somewhere.

Hughes - like The Mystery of Edwin Drood he’s unfinished but has the stamp of a master upon him.

Torturous comparisons to complement our torturous performance.

Burstow - very effective on right. Less so once Bedia (useless) on and switched. Unlucky not to score
Longman - one of our few players who looks like a footballer
    Hughes - ditto

Alzate played well till his slip, Macca pretty well. Pandur saved it from being more. Jao Pedro again pretty good in first half - at one stage running back to defend with fire in his belly when the rest were just sauntering around.

I thought we were awful in the first half, particularly both full backs who seemed incompetent, and very lucky to be 1-0 up, Palmer was casual and ineffective, and Kamara was too weak.

Pandur - crucial saves again, distribution again a little worrying at times but for him though we'd have lost that more comfortably.

Burstow - gave it a go and took the gane to them, unlucky with his outside of the foot shot

    Travelling fans !

We got roasted on the wings yesterday, by 2 decent wingers, even when we had Baloumi and Millar fit we didn't possess that threat they showed. Now that maybe down to the skill of the wingers or the failings of the full backs.

Our midfield is so powderpuff, oppositions just brush past us, and the space Coventrg were afforded was ridiculous.

Pedro again tried to make something happen but there's far too many who are underperforming right now.

I'd be inclined to get Drameh in at rb, and Jacob in at lb ( he aint the answer but at least looked up for the challenge when he came on)

Midfield is anyone's guess, Palmer seemed to be trying too hard against his former club. We need the energy levels of Wednesday back, so hoping with a week to work with them they can lift their game under Selles instructions.

    Here is the whosescored rating

    Coyle 7.1
    Pandur 7.1
    Pedro 7.0
Probably like the rest of you I am totally puzzled by Coyle at 7.1
Knocks down my strident confidence in DATA.
Gonna stick with MOM thread to fomulate my opinions in the future!

Pretty sure the ratings are using data only no subjective data used

Five points for first choice, three for second, one for third.

    Pandur 96
    Burstow 51
    Pedro 44
    Hughes 12
    Longman 8
    McLoughin 8
    Alzate 1
    Jacob 1

Keeper tops the chart in another defeat. Pandur kept the score respectable - no one other than Norwich has thumped us this season - but close defeats are still defeats and still earn you nil points.

Not far off no win in three months now.

They are data based, but obviously that is subjective in terms of the weightings. For City fans, making a mistake for the goal is the most memorable thing and we probably forget most of the rest of his game as a result. The data will say he had a good amount of blocks or crosses or something, maybe a bit of everything. It's not the be all and end all but it does suggest he did some good in some areas, as well as making a mistake for the goal.
