Stoke defence be afraid, very afraid.

As far as I can see our starting eleven have scored the princely total of 4 goals, yes that's 4 goals, all season.

Chasers of the golden boot are O"Dowda, Willock, El Ghazi and Meite with one each.

Edit: 9 off the bench. Colwill has 2.

Our bench have seven, Robinson 5 and Robertson 2.

    Shocking stats.

I'm surprised Fish isn't at left back so we could field a McCarthy like back 4 of centre backs. To equal our starting eleven goals total.

We're like Robbie's boys in reverse with these late goals.
Never mind, it was a huge improvement by the sound of things.
    Unlucky lads.

Stoke were terrible - as poor as we were versus Preston. After we went ahead there was nothing to concern us until 92 minutes on when we just were far too deep.

Will we win an away game this season?

Will we win another home game this season?

As at Cov we put in a much better away performance, looking like a win was on the cards, then we concede a late equaliser.

To the players it must feel like a defeat. Can Riza get them up again.

Home games are different. As with QPR and Preston, 2 struggling teams where we should win. We perform badly and lose.

Sheffield United will be a much bigger task. Top of the league and big away support likely. It will be like an away game for our guys. Perhaps that is a better thing? Less pressure to do well.

However the team need to put in a much stronger, battling performance and not give in like we have done at home against the better sides.

We really need a win from somewhere to lift the team and fans.

Well it won’t be Saturday unless it’s a freak result like v Norwich. The away game at Oxford is a much more likely target.

I’ve just noticed your away kit is a stunning shade of Sky Blue!

It’s not the best The guy on comms from Stoke likened it to a Pringle golf shirt and wondered why City weren’t playing in their royal blue kit. Fair point.

Those shirts look nice and crisp when laundered and ironed correctly.
