Afternoon chaps Even though Nathan Jones has us sitting top of the league, we always like to help smaller London clubs that are down on their luck. If Millwall fans would like any away day travel advice for their league trips to Crawley & Stevenage etc next season, please get in touch.,
The Berylsons are here to stay Hawtrey they know how to run a football club unlike the shysters at the Valium. Harris isn't going either his tactics might upset the keyboard IPTV experts but long term we are getting stronger and better. It would be nice if Charlton could join us in the championship next season as the extra six points you would gift us could be just enough to get us into the Premiership but first you'll have to learn to beat clubs like Reading.
Harris is the Millwall Big Sam Chesh, in times of need he'll come running and do what's needed to get us safe, he did that, a lot of it wasn't pretty but it got results. He was contracted until the end of this season so was going to leave anyway so was always going to hand over the managers position to someone capable of taking us forward, I think there is someone already lined up which is why he is in charge until the weekend and hasn't left immediately. A club legend as a player and manager who loves the club deeply.
You wanted Nathan Jones last season - I am now offering to drive him the 4 miles from our place to yours
I never wanted the zeebeedee bouncing prick but he was linked to us and some people wanted him, I'm glad to say we dodged a bullet by not landing him.
I can’t see what ‘Arris did wrong ? He called your fans “thickos” after the Frank Lampard defeat …but what did he say that was wrong ?
When playing teams like Leeds and Burnley the defence tactics work but against teams like Oxford and Coventry playing one upfront is asking for trouble, we have a lot more talented players now than we did in his first term, its time to undo the shackles and let them go.
You are punching well above you weight as a club, based on your budget, turnover and home attendances. Jokes aside, you are a League One club in all but name.
Sky have a habit of turning the crowd noise down when we play but the atmosphere has gone down a lot recently.
In the past you may have had a point about us 'punching above our weight' but we are now nearly halfway through our eighth season in the championship and unless we have a total collapse for the rest of the season we will be starting our ninth season in August. Since 2001 we have spent six seasons in league 1 and four of them times reached the play-off final (winning twice and losing twice) so in league one terms we are a big fish just visiting for a short while but in reality we are an established Championship side occasionally flirting with the play off spots to which many class as punching above our weight. I would be interested to read how you judge the sleeping giants from the Valium?
Put simply , we have been run into the ground by a succession of cvnts in recent years, including a convicted fraudster, a serial club buyer with a peanut head, and a Fake Sheik. It’s taken its toll. Charlie Methven & Nathan Jones are doing a brilliant job banging the final nail in our coffin.
