I’ve paid for the season for safc streaming £180. No probs until the weekend when the safc app instead of saying go to stream it only gave the option to buy a pass. Sent a post to the streaming folk - no reply. Anyone else had problems or have suggestions in case it happens again tonight. Thanks in advance. Trying to KTF
Usually get a prompt reply if I email support: [email protected] Some of the links on the site are odd, and don't even let me buy a pass. Are you on a PC or mobile? I use a PC I use the "VIDEO" option along the top of the home page, then use the SAFC live option below the main banner. Once I get a pass, all normally works.
I use my i phone and had no probs all season - just the weekend - wierd. Sent my complaint to the site you show but many hours and not a peep.
That happened to me - I then realised I hadn't logged in to the site . Once I did it worked perfectly!
