There's 130 charges it's hardly going to be all done in the time it takes Newcastle to concede a goal.

They are waiting to figure out how many points to deduct to send City down.

With a lengthy hearing, it does take time to sift back through the evidence especially, which I’m guessing is the case here, where the evidence is technical.

I don’t know who the Judge/Arbitrator is, but I’m again guessing it’s some Chancery Judge or KC, and they will want to get it right and will take their time to get it right. They then need to put that all down in writing in relation to every charge. They will not want to give any scope for an appeal.

These things do take time and I have no doubt for them there is no agenda.

I reckon they'll be found guilty on a handful of the charges, innocent on a few of them and a load of them thrown out on technicalities.

Yeah I don't think the drooling mob are going to be pleased when they realise they are free to continue at the peak of English football

    I guess there’s a lot of it.
On talksport they were saying we could have some news next month.

    Seems unlikely.

I just think they will get away with most of it on technicalities anyways.

If the FA was as bent towards Saudi money as FIFA was, we'd be laughing!!!!

What SHOULD happen - assuming this Peter Silverstone is useful - is a flurry of high value sponsorships over the next few weeks to allow us to spend in Jan and forever more.

With the removal of these amendments I think we will see a much earlier new stadium announcement as we will be able to play at the Aramco Arena. They may even “rename” SJP. We won’t be alone - I think there’s a reason Spurs stadium has stayed unsponsored. So in theory this should be huge.

I’m not sure. They’ve been “leaks” about upgrading SJP to 65,000. Allegedly making the Gallowgate the largest end stand in Europe. However the stadium will remain lopsided. You’d think a stupid sloping pitch would be reason enough to move’

Two big pluses here for me:

-We don't have to show lots of justification for sponsorship deals... they just need to be 'fair' and that burden now sits with the PL
    - Loans now have to carry interest (fair market etc) which will not touch us one bit but will hit the likes of Everton and Brighton as well as some of the dirty 6.

Happy with that if it's all true.

I think you’re right I think this removed some barriers.

The deals we can put in place only need to be bona fide commercial deals.

It makes you wonder if the reason they have eased the rules today the day after they have announced that the Man City 115 charges are now reviewed.

I think City have won on the majority.

    Let the floodgates open.

That would be so cool. If we did make it the biggest stand in the world.
