Yeah, will go far as to say the lads a write off tbh. I don't think we will ever see him play a full season again. Shame cos my god, when in form that lad was a baller, that back pass to Isak is one of the best passes I have seen a Newcastle player pull off, inch perfect, a goal on a silver platter.
Still says new awaited on nufc.com, but I assume this is right cos he's always injured these days. He's the new Carl Cort.
Yep, Osula does need to start being tested. He won't get experience by sitting on the bench. Forget his age, plenty of other teams utilise young players. Would like to see Eddie bringing him in more, not just for 2 minutes of injury time. As you say, it will also help to take the pressure off Isak, who also has a history of injuries.
58 appearances in total, 8 goals. All of his goals have come against League One or lower opposition. I think the problem is in the "if he's good enough" part.
He has had 1592 minutes (equivalent of 17.5) games and he is 21 years old. Far too early to judge him.
I wasn't judging, just the facts. I'd have loved him to get more minutes this season when we've been short of energy and ideas, he's looked decent in the fleeting cameos he's had.
