Not having a pop, just wondering what rumblings have to be to be more than rumblings….?…. I’d say probably 90% want him gone (he clearly runs into the other 10% when he’s out for a walk)…. The media are mostly pointing out the stark and obvious stats…. Any board meeting (assuming Stevie Wonder hasn’t joined the board) might mention the stark reality of what our games look like…. The atmosphere round the stadium is ambivalent at best…. If the board are looking at player targets…. I’ll assume we’re getting turned down because of the position we’re in…. By any metric and at 99% of other clubs, what’s going on would equate to a change of direction….
Where are these rumblings? All I can see is the usual look-at-me attention seeking on Twitter, all trying to look like they know something when ij fact they're just guessing. Until it comes from a Blackmore type figure, it's just baseless sadly.
There is a thread on SW, a couple on twitter/X, one of which appears to be a journalist. I read the replies to these posts and find them interesting, I knew these questions would be asked, but decided to share. It's up to you guys to form your own opinion, I am starting to believe the rumors.

Amongst all of the truths and untruths, the slow car crash transformation of RM into the next Nathan, and the inevitably of the opposition changing game by game but the result not …. My main thought is not on Sport Republic… but on Dragan Solak, clearly, to be rich enough to even think about trying to set up what he has, he’s not short of a bob or two…. And that doesn’t happen accidentally or overnight, there’s got to be a half decent business brain there somewhere…. Surely for him, regardless of anyone else involved can see the current situation for what it is ….. a horrible and unsustainable financial mess. Regardless of anything else football based, it’s a horrendous way to run a business….
I think the rumours are the usual nonsense you always get, but to be fair Blackmore did say he suspected RM is running out of time after his pathetic whinging yesterday.
If SR truly want to show that they believe and to show that they want to stay in the Premier League, Bozo Martin needs to go today / tomorrow at the latest. We have 5 league games and a cup game between now and 4/1/25. We then have 11 days of when the transfer window is open before we go to Utd. IMHO all the league games we have coming up are winnable with a competent, manager in place. The new manager would have these games to try and get a couple of wins at least and to see his squad as it’s 6 games in less than a month. If we stick with the bearded Bozo, we already know what will happen. So SR, if you are aware of the fan’s frustration and anger at the current predicament, as Le Tissier’s Laces alluded to, I beg you make that change NOW.
He was never going to be officially sacked yesterday. Club wouldn't do it while they were travelling back from an away game.
Would it be crazy to think that RM becomes the next West Ham manager, after they sack their guy? Their squad is a lot better than ours, got more Premier League nounce, and he will play "the West Ham way" Another factor is the WHU board and ownership have made crazy moves in the past.
Their fanbase would be absolutely livid. Can't see it. RM will end up at a Championship club, and they'll do the double over us next season.
Yeah I agree about their fan base, but owners and boards generally don't care about that anymore. Look at our lot when they appointed Nathan Jones. Lol
