NJ had no media training and it showed. He knew we were the biggest club he'd manage and so felt out of his depth and was prickly in interviews. Martin genuinely believes we're a stepping stone, thinks he's better than the club, and that us fans are stupid. He's way worse than mad Nate, in every measurable metric and yet thinks he's reinventing the ****ing game and is an incredible manager. It's nothing short of an insult the way SR are treating us this season. They have ****ed our club top to bottom and yet people think that because they've blown a wedge of money they're good owners!!! We sure on that? Is it coming from SRs pocket or is it a loan? Is the money leveraged against any of our infrastructure? When they get bored of our club after a couple of seasons in the Champ are we financially ****ed? I'd be very surprised if we come out of this well. We're not sacking RM because there's no money. That should say everything.
Sorry that is unforgivable and instant dismissal. Imagine spending your hard-earned money on this game, battling through the worst storm to hit England (it missed us up here) for some time (people have died in it today), watched a game where your team poised no threat to the opposition, if the goalie faces no shots on goal he isn't going to concede, (even I could probably keep a clean-sheet) to find out as you make the long. long, equally, as dodgy trip back home, that you were somehow to blame....not the manager, not the players, not the tactics - you as a supporter cheering a clearance. And of course all the bad luck the team have had in the previous games even though they played the same way and made the same mistakes. I suppose you can at least boast you have seen the record defeat in the history of Southampton FC and now you have seen the record worst start to any season Southampton FC have made. It can be said at your eulogy in years to come I guess. For the record I believe the main points of the waffle I have written means Martin has outlived his nine-lives and should be sacked. About ten minutes after I post this.

I'm prepared to bet my right bollock (which is my favourite one in case anyone is interested) That TP isn't injured. A fee has been arranged for TP and promised to Martin for player(s) of his choice in Jan.* That's why SR are holding tight on sacking the bellend. He's without doubt whining his system will work with one or two players more and that us negative fans just can't see the genius of his system, because we keep looking at silly things like goals and points** *Or one for us plus a loan player for Goztepe **It ****ing won't.

The post match interview comments had the air of a man who knows he's a dead man walking. Either that or SR let him say what the hell he likes.
He’s been doing the “fans thing” for a few games now. Sarcastically clapping the fans against Liverpool, saying we didn’t touch the ball for 3 & 1/2 minutes after AM booted the ball up field, and then today. I really don’t get the fans who still have this love in with him??
RM’s comments are that of a man who either knows he’s about to be sacked, or of a man who knows he never will be.
