Can see it now. Second half early goal for Villa to go 2-0, we huff, a little puff, but lose 2 or 3 nil.

 

Wow I saw Saints move the ball from one end of the pitch to the other, with just two passes. Okay it was front to back but we did it.

 

I don't think we played badly, the goal is on THB, however we have no threat. Please also change our defensive corner set-up!

 

I actually thought that's as decent a half as we've put together, but it's all propaganda football still, no shots on target. But we'll wazz on about possession etc.

Southampton showed some promising signs before the goal but, having escaped just moments before, are the masters of their own downfall again.

Still in the stand so not seen a replay yet but my instinct was that THB didn’t need to come over and get involved for their goal…?

Wood and Duran were grappling but it seemed like he would be okay. FFS
