We had a tornado in Oakwood Leeds, last night... just across the park from us......... extreme weather
I thought we were having extreme weather up here overnight - so warm that duvets were discarded. Until I got up this morning that is - I discovered that I hadn't turned the central heating off before going to bed. Probably a mistake I will regret when the next power bill arrives.
Sorry guys. The local Safety Advisory Group said to call off. Saves most of you making the journey apart from those who have arranged a weekend's stay and entertainment in Cardiff. Enjoy.
Guess it saves a wasted trip . Must be pretty confident the weather will be as bad as suggested . Keep safe !
Reorganisation of road closures, policing, first aid etc. Train times different for those travelling by rail whether local or for away fans. Stadium marshalls having other commitments on Sunday. And who knows what chaos the weather will cause tomorrow which would carry on into Sunday?
I guess you have seasonal hurricanes etc to deal with in Mexico. A tad more serious. Flew into Miami once in the middle of Hurricane Irene. That was fun.
