If Kulusevski's on the right, then he needs width from the fullback. Gray isn't going to provide that. Johnson on the left is just a bad idea. We've had absolutely nothing down that side.

Lucky we’re not going in 3-0 down (or 3-1 actually as Solanke ****ed that early chance). Just **** all about us. What is the point of Bissouma? He's a bang average player at this level, misplacing passes and failing to pick up runners.

I think he's playing the wrong role, but I don't think he's been too bad today. He should be rotating with Sarr, not Bentancur.
Everyone's expecting subs and I understand why, but I think we could make a massive impact just by switching players around. Johnson on the right, Kulusevski into Maddison's position and Maddison on the left. Might be worth a shot for 10 minutes if our bench players are really struggling for fitness.
You give him too much credit. The number of times he fails to run with the attacker is ridiculous. It happens every game. And his passing has been awful (not alone there). He should be making his presence felt in the MF, but he gets by-passed. Trouble is, we have few options in that role.
I would like to say that it's only 1-0 and we get the next goal then it's up for grabs. But to score a goal you need to create chances and we have created very little whereas they look like scoring frequently. If they get a 2nd we might as well go home because we aint scoring 2.
