I can't do boiled veg - apart from Broccoli. Roasted Carrots, Roasted Parsnips, Cauliflower Cheese, Sprouts finely sliced with smoked bacon. Lush
I generally steam all my veg,apart from the very odd time I roast it....boiling it just ruins the taste
We sear it off in a pan before it goes in the slow cooker, comes out more like pulled beef, but the flavour is spot on.
Chilli Con Carne paella And I don’t really like English veg, so I boil it until it’s super soft to make it easier to gobble down. Sautéed carrots and sweetcorn though is something else, usually my favourite part of a meal when I make it
Honey on your roast veg is just different ****ing level, makes parsnips taste almost palatable and on carrots, amazing !!!!

I'm not a big fan of red wine stock,could you just use beef stock or something else? I'd quite like to try and make that
