Tbf anything after a Corsa is going to feel like an upgrade. But yeah those big luxury SUVs are in a different league, and if you're using one for long distance drives it makes a huge difference.
Don't mind the wet and windy weather. We get a **** ton of it down here because there's nothing between me and 3000 miles of ocean before you get to New York. If it's raining though, I want it to be pissing down. Not a fan of that damp drizzly stuff that gets into everything.
Had to do a bit of work in the afternoon at the hotel I had this event at so ordered a coffee and opened the laptop at the bar. Not only did they charge £7 for a double espresso plus 15% service charge but an ‘optional’ £1 for some charity was added on. I’m not paying for it anyway but I was shooketh. £9.05 for a not particularly brilliant coffee. Probably 40p or so that’s cost them. Just looked and it’s £2400 if I want to stay there for the cheapest room on Saturday night. London is wild. Nice hotel tbf.
Used to love training days. Easy street getting paid to flirt with the hottie on the same course, get a free lunch and knock off early.

Just back home after another late night market up in Totnes. Great night for trade, but it’s a bitch of a journey home. Back up at 5am tomorrow for another market. I’m ****ed, but gotta keep going.
Went to the Lioness games last night as a surprise for the daughter, we had been to a few over the last 12 months, but she was happy to not be heading far from home. Had a Chippy on Shoreham street, about the best bit for me. But it’s great setup for kids to enjoy.
Got my full sleeve finished today. Very happy with the result. I paid less than a Piskie bike for it, too. I’ll get some photos up once it’s fully healed. All predators catching their prey.
