Two out of three games are likely to be against busparquet. And yet again I see one of : 1. nothing to suggest training sessions specifically work on it 2. if they do, the squad have goldfish memories
Shouldn't be, but understandably is A system can still work if the player filling in for whoever is missing is still able to mimic their key attributes - but Sonny doesn't have the pace and energy to maniacally harass defenders for 90 minutes like Solanke does, and that is a key attribute of the system which is why there's still a place in the squad for the mass of gaffa tape that is Richarlison
Ange needs to earn his money at half time, we need a rejuvenated team coming out the second half. Maybe bring on Kulu early.
Really poor performance. Has all the makings of Ipswich. Forster MOTM so far. I struggle to see how anyone can watch Son doing this on a weekly basis and not come to the conclusion that's he's on the way downhill. Awful performance and missed a sitter in the first minute.
Very poor, Davies our most important player by a mile so many important blocks in that half, Fulham the better side but we could easily have scored 2 or 3 with decent chances for Son, and Dragusins header, also Maddison free kick luckily deflected wide. Kulu must come on sooner rather than later would put Langshear on too and with Porro not moving that well may be prudent to put Spence on too.
Kulu has to come on asap, but really not sure who he should replace. Johnson has been anonymous but that's standard. Werner has worked hard but achieved **** all. Son has been really off, but he will still be the one that Fulham fear most.
I’m a little worried about the second half! Ben Davies is saving our bacon at present. This is a game where I’m happy to win ugly. Let’s hope Ange is listening!
The real question is whether Ange has the stones to bring on Lankshear, because Sonny just doesn't work up top against busparquet
