I would be tempted to make changes at half time. Mayenda and Connelly for Roberts and Rigg. Go 3 at the back, Mayenda and Watson wingbacks

 

Just getting back to Roberts but he needs to make up for that spot kick in the 2nd half. Been said before but should be no way near set balls for us.

 

It's fine youu don't rate 09, feel free to hang him for 3 mistakes all season.

He's been class tonight, causing them loads of problems - he has to finish better when cutting inside tho, he's not shifting the ball out his feet enough when he's going to shoot

yep the defender has to be trying to play the ball and you could definitely argue he was trying to play the ball and Watson too quick.

Very true that, he'd be getting slated for that tackle if he'd made it instead of Mepham.

 

Double jeopardy - the rules changed so if a penalty is given the red can't be (as long as the player is attempting to win the ball)

 

To be honest I think Watson has been our most effective player so far.

If it’s an attempted tackle and a penalty then it’s no red, just a yellow. Only a red if not trying to play the ball. Which in real time if you watch it, he is. Or at least he’s close enough to say he is.

 

I would have sent of Souter earlier on and Robinson for a clinical fouls.
