I’ve a vague memory of me going to see us play at Morecambe in the cup when they were non league and we were div 4. Probably Dolan era. I think we lost.
FA Cup Final v Arsenal was a great day out filled with fantastic memories. So anybody at home we can beat to move towards another final. Bring The Wendy's on again, we owe them a couple!
As usual hoping for an away game somewhere I haven't been from the lower leagues. As usual it will be someone from the Championship or Premier League at home
We played them, at home, when Peter Taylor was boss in Round 1 or 2...We beat them 3-2 in decent game. I'm sure they were winning 2-1 with 20 to go and we got a couple of quick goals to beat them Jon Walters might have scored, and that combative *midfielder we had who was a bit of a crowd favourite, but soon disappeared. Cup run breeds confidence and excitement. As any league ambitions are dead and buried for this season I think a good cup run is exactly what we need.
