Eh?

We don't find out the morning of a game who we'll be playing.

We don't know weeks to months in advance the likely form of
each opponent either. Any manager with decent squad mgmt
nous should be able to plot out potential team rotations
in advance, making adjustments depending on squad injuries +
recent opponent form.

It does seem harsh, but better use of Walker-Peters and possibly Madueke/Edwards may have seen us have a couple of decent squad options available from our academy players (certainly more plausible options than the keepers are).

The Pochettino era caused a stall in the academy pipeline.
The club is nowhere near where things were 11+ years ago.

So apart from Roma being winless on the road since April, on their third manager of the season, having a squad packed with players we missed out on in past transfer windows and their club therapist quitting this morning after less than three weeks in the job, how confident are we feeling this evening...?

Serious question: was the 'virus' Mikey Moore got the Black Death? Where the hell has he gone?!

Paul O'Keefe said the other day that he needs 4-5 weeks rest. I'm hoping he meant total and not extra on top of what he's already missed.
