I totally agree. The moaners will not go away even when the team wins. we have had highs low and lower but we still support the team and club. I want Rooney to suceed and im sure he was going mad in the changing room, but i suppose after that he has a point. Move on lets get going again at Bristol.. Plenty of the season left ..
I think the three of us (plus Lyndhurst) will agree that we've seen some really good stuff from Argyle at Home Park this season. In terms of basic quality, injuries permitting, we're not far off what's required at all, which is pretty damn impressive considering we aren't ramping up unsustainable debt to do it. At our best, we can give anyone a game, perhaps excluding the current top three, who of course on top of everything else, get those damn parachute payments. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/65323385 The question is, why is our form so erratic and why in particular does this produce such an imbalance between home and away form. I don't think it's just to do with the atmosphere at Home Park, neither do I think we're intimidated by the crowds at away matches. Our fans may be outnumbered 9 to 1 and more at some grounds, but I think the very fact that 10% have travelled so far to be present, even if they are out-shouted, must be as much a motivator for the players as the home ground. With the best will in the world, it's what happens on the pitch that gets you results, home and away. We are committed as a club to attacking football and recruit accordingly. So many of the games we lose badly are effectively over within the first 15 or 20 minutes. I won't repeat myself at length but we need to address that. COYG
Well totaaly agree the footbal at home is good and we play some nice stuff, even when behind at home i dont feel we will lose except the stoke game.. Away well not great i wen to QPR away so i saw us score get a point and two sent off we played quite well considering, i feel tha tgame if we had 11 we would have won comfortably..
