Norwich is a similar size to Leicester but it's so much more pleasant to spend a day there. Haven't been for two years though: expect it is in decline like everywhere else.

You can't compare Leicester to Norwich & say one city is much cleaner , happier & a pleasant place to visit because thats a racism.

Cambridge & Bradford are exactly the same, if you switched all the residents Cambridge would resemble a 3rd World ghetto with nice architecture & Bradford would probably be much cleaner & tidier with happier people & low crime.
