The next appointment will almost certainly be someone with a good level of Championship experience. Jared Dublin wants a steady, championship appointment, no wild cards and Acun is listening to him.

I’m worried by the ‘thorough recruitment process’. Robins is available and ideal and needs getting pronto. He will demand more of a ‘manager’ role, and rightly so. At least Acun has acted, but now he needs to recruit a proper manager like Robins and hope he’s kissed and made up with his ex Cov number 2 and get him too. After that, the brain team needs to report to the manager, not vice versa, and Acun needs to take a back seat re players and on field matters.
Listening to RH Sport.... seems that TW was NEVER in a position to influence recruitment. Also from what there saying, whoever comes in will have to work under that climate. Limits whoo might come..?
I think I could get behind that, and it’s the kind of thing I could see tickling Acun’s fancy. Probably about zero chance though.
Im not saying overseas managers can’t work - like the examples you gave, but when your 16 games in and in the relegation zone - the last thing you want is someone who needs a bit of time to adapt to the language/culture/league.
