    Hitting rock bottom feels like the worst, but weirdly, it can be the point where things start to change. I’ve been there, and admitting it is probably the hardest part—it’s huge that you’ve done that. AA meetings are solid; you’ll find people who really get it and aren’t there to judge.

    Strange bump.

    You must have been reading for hours to get to this.

    As it stands I have cut down massively on my drinking, didn't really do the health much good as I had a heart attack in May this year, thankfully I survived.

    Been a tough couple of years but I'm trying with the help of friends and family to be a better person
