Robertson whipped a decent one in and was close with a half shot.

I reckon that's 09 to the bench now mind.

Even though he has been class. Ballard and Mepo are absolutely the best centre backs we have.

Easy work mind. Lord. Wasn't much territory to track. My scout mate was a bit perplexed by it.

Think they also made it look easy work

My mate was there as well, he said he hates getting WBA games at the minute, every time he goes he says they are anti football yet have some cracking attacking players

Said he's seen them 4 times this season and every game has finished 0-0

But that's cool for them. Not for us. Everyone knows we have individuals to be devastating and that's across the business.

We def need to be more proactive and positive in the 2nd half of games but I'll stop ranting about the lack of subs now lol

He did ok in general play, he just doesn’t create or score goals. We need them across our front three if we’re going to go up.

I don't see what harm it would've done bringing Aleksic, Aouchiche, Connolly or Rusyn on for the last 10 minutes tonight just to change it up. Connolly in particular as he seems to be in the trusted core of players. No chance any of them would've been worse than Roberts was.

It felt like we at least turned up the wick as the game went on. Lately we haven’t been increasing the pressure as the game went on. At least we managed that today - even if we didn’t actually make one count.

Nope. 09 is the best player of a ball forward in our defence.

Not for me, O9 is perfect for our style of play and building from the back.

I don’t think there me a single position in the team where we don’t have alternatives available - albeit some slots are better than others. Whether RLB chooses to use them is another matter.
