Acun’s to blame ultimately for the summer mess, Tim’s got a load of players I don’t believe he asked for, he’s too stubborn to change. There’s a disconnection between him and the fans. The players are just going through the motions, not one of them put their bodies on the line, not one of them tried to rally the troops
We've steadily got worse under the manager, that stinks of a lack of confidence in what he is asking then to do, we don't have a team of world beaters but under a manager who can organise them into a style they are familiar with I'm willing to bet money results and performances would improve.
No. Not to witness first hand the abuse. Tim has brought most of that on himself. By being utterly incompetent and criticising the fans.
Jones and Coyle were embarrassing tonight. These are two of our most senior, long-serving players too. I wouldn’t give them the same treatment Walter got tonight during a match and I never thought I’d say this about those two but ****ing hell, they were a disgrace to the shirt tonight along with most of them. I expect better from Coyle and Jones though. If they can’t complete a pass forward more than five yards away, at least show some ****ing fight and passion in a derby.
Slow and ponderous again. A team Devoid of leadership determination and confidence. The enjoyment seems to have gone from the players as they perform to orders and it’s plain to see we are going down without changes both on and off the pitch. The crowd sent a message to The Big Turk tonight…enough is enough. UTT.
Its been a while since I left a game feeling so angry at a City performance but that was utter garbage
True, I get that. But if you don't have the players to play your system and are getting beaten every week then CHANGE THE SYSTEM. Forcing a rigid way of playing onto a set of players who can't execute it is simply madness and smacks of immaturity, inexperience and pig-headedness.
Wouldn’t call it abuse, personally. Still a toxic atmosphere and not nice to witness supporters mocking their own manager. Still think that’s a bit different from supporters giving a former player some ****.
