Think Rigg is paying for staying in the pitch on Saturday. Could do with a game or 2 on the bench to recharge for me
Not a chance WBA finish top 6, I’ll eat my own ****e if they do. Toothless in the final third from us. Was like watching us last season. Wont be too harsh because they’ve just came here for a point and it can be difficult to break teams down like that, even for the best teams. Also find it bizarre people wanted Watson off over Roberts, the latter was the worst player on the pitch. At least Watson was running at their full back. Roberts was ****ing lifting all night.
A bit disappointing, don’t think we played badly to be honest, especially in the second half. Couldn’t quite make that killer pass. Another clean sheet though, and we didn’t lose so I don’t feel too hard done by. A real tough game on Friday
Aware I have red n white tinted glasses on but Wilson is onside for his goal, bit of a non event in the end, onto Friday
Not the worst performance tbh but we aren't creating enough at the minute and again we need to use our bench better Rigg and Roberts were offering nothing, yet both stayed on - connolly should have been on for one of them at least Thought Neil and Jobe were good at controlling things in CM and we were solid at the back Set pieces were a joke and our lack of movement in the box is a massive concern for me
Played well but our chance conversion is poor. controlled the game for 90 minutes against a West Brom not interested in stepping out
Albion came with absolutely no ambition to win that game, we just weren't clever enough to get over the line.
If you've got a team who hasn't really shown any real ability to attack it was always going to be hard
tbh I’m not sure the chance conversion was the problem. It was that the chances we created weren’t good ones. Too many chances were just shots from the edge of the box trying to find a way through three or four blockers
