Personally I thought they played alright but as per usual couldn’t put the ball in the onion bag. Performance level was for me definitely not poor.

Christ, we missed 3 sitters, none of which were on target. Everyone knows it’s harder to break teams down once they’ve got something to hold onto. Had more than enough opportunities to win the game.

Right, so you’ve changed it to poor result which no one disputes, just the fact you called it a poor display and used shots on target as a justification despite the fact we had the better opportunities in the game. So the display was poor because we missed 3 guilt-edged chances?

 

I'd call it poor, if shots on target was the only measure of poorness. Which it evidently isn't, so what you've suggested is meaningless.
