I'd love to know what realistic changes could have been made to protect the lead when we had a bunch of bairns on the bench with squad makeweights who he doesn't want to play because they can'[t play in his system.

Have Ba and Aouchiche suddenly become world beaters because of the hypothetical argument that they would have changed the game?

Not to mention how the game being suspended disrupted us and how we lost Connolly who was linking up well.

I think he’s dome a brilliant job but doesn’t mean he can’t criticised when the same thing happens too often in the second half. Even when we’re full strength it happens and his refusal to use subs all season. Anyways I would have took a point beforehand and mow we have some more options on Tuesday

Obviously RLB doesn't rate both Ba and AA but surely either one could've offered a fresh pair of legs if all we were doing was too launch it forward to chase.

Yep I would've taken a point considering who we were missing but last minute equaliser is a kick in the balls

Connelly seemed to have an issue with his calf when he went down but also seemed to be saying something about his vision?

Hopefully nothing serious as he looked good today

Is it me or have we become more negative since Pedro Ribeiro has been appointed. Also RLB needs to make more substitutions, as has been said elsewhere we have looked knackered late in 2nd half of last few games.

    of course not

I’m more than happy to accept his fact and not emotion driven rhetoric of being happy with a point from half time, which is what I genueinmy believe, however counter intuitive it may seem to a fan.

however you can’t sit like that and run your side into the ground not use subs for legs or to break momentum

at the very least ba for mayenda.

Would have taken a point at the start with all the players missing but it's so frustrating conceding so late

Obviously been so many positives since RLB has come in but I mentioned weeks ago that I have massive concerns about our lack of subs in games. We look knackered in 2nd half of games at the minute but RLB doesn't seem to use his bench. His lorient team ran out of seem due to this his 1st yr as a manager and we all know how tough the championship is.

I get the bench wasn't the strongest today but it's been an issue all season. RLB needs to.impact the game more with his subs than he's doing currently

Today we were crying out for some fresh legs and he didn't change anything

Can't wait to get jobe back in the side on Tues as he's a massive loss when not playing

It is mate, but let's be honest Ba and AA are not the type of players to throw in when the chips are down and your fighting to hold a lead.

No need to panic imo, I'm gutted they didn't hold out but boy did the lads do well

Refuses to use his subs, or doesn't feel the need to use his subs? We have managed more 2nd halves well than we have badly. It's just the last 2 results have put a bit of a downer on things.

Absolutely they are. That's why I am making them and I don't take kindly to be told I am just bashing the club.

I just see a pattern with RLB and subs and it's costing us.

Let that be a lesson to people who kept asking why we had doubters or where the Millwall that would take a point from us are cos they hadn’t turned up.. well and truly jinxed it.

Another tough point to take but I would’ve taken it before kick off.

I think, when we have real options on the bench (and not a bunch of kids/outcasts) we might see better subs.
Imagine we have our first choice midfield, but then also have Samed, Browne and Poveda as genuine options. Alese and Ballard, Connolly and Watson. Our bench hasn't been very strong all season, I hope that will change in the new year
